Women Bare All in XOJane.com Morning Faces Project
Are you brave enough to bare all on the Internet for the world to see?
In a new project from XO Jane, called “Show Us Your Morning Faces,” readers submitted photos of their puffy eyed, sleepy faced, no makeup wearing, morning appearance.
In some cases, it ain’t pretty.
But who among us is as fresh as a daisy in the morning?

I don’t think I’d be willing to share my morning face, which includes puffy, red eyes, tangled up bed head, glasses and pre-pimple spackle makeup application.
It’s not attractive.
Still, these women are sharing something with the world that only their boyfriend/girlfriend/kids/cat/dog, etc. get to see — that rare glimpse into what they look like before they’ve even rolled out of bed, had breakfast or coffee, or even run a brush through their hair.
This goes beyond pics of women without makeup — the “first thing in the morning face” is unlike any other.
Each entry includes a short introduction about themselves, including what they did the night before.

Julie, pictured here, is a mom from Boston, who shares that she fell asleep on the couch, got up at 2:00 and went to bed: “It takes me verrry little time to get ready in the morning, mainly because I put such little effort into it. I save my coiffing for the weekends. 😉 I can be ready in 15 minutes. That said, I have never gone to work without make up on in my life. You can take the girl out of the South, but …”
Would you share your morning face with the world?
